Utilizing an advanced algorithm, the app calculates oxygen saturation from raw infrared and red signal outputs of the sensor. This provides similar functionality to a dedicated pulse oximeter.

In addition to being fast and instantaneous, the app is an excellent tool for monitoring your fitness progress.

Verification and Calibration:

• "Hold the breath" test: Holding your breath for about a minute may slightly reduce your blood oxygen level. Results may vary depending on individual conditions. • Calibrating the app: Access the app's settings and choose the "Calibration" option. Select the appropriate variant (e.g., "Alternative") and compare results to other devices simultaneously. For better accuracy, you can also perform the "hold the breath" method as a calibration tool.
